Our Client, a multinational company is urgently required for suitably qualified candidates for the following position:
AREA OPERATIONS MANAGER
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Experience in implementing change
- Experience of the local regulatory environment
- 5-7 years experience in a service related role, preferably in the Air Express Industry
- 2-3 years experience in supervisor/management role (preferable)
ROLE:
- Manage the Non-Metro and Secondary Gateways Operations Group by planning and implementing strategies to ensure improvement in both service and transit time performance whilst managing costs
- Manage in a high pressure, changing environment with demands from both internal & external customers, locally, regionally and globally
