Recruitment Manager (RMGR)

Responsibilities:

• You will be responsible for all the Recruitment & Selection process based on CBHRM within our Organization: Maintaining database, Interview, Psychological assessment, Psychological report, Recruitment networking, developing assessment centre, improving the selection process.

• Male / Female, age maximum 40 years
• Bachelor degree in Psychology with min GPA 2,75 from reputable University. Psychologist is preferable
• Minimum 5 years work experiences in Recruitment & Selection field
• Familiar with Psychological Testing and Interview technique
• Possess strong Leadership capability to ensure the Recruitment process running well
• Passion for learning, Wide knowledge about people / HR field, People oriented
• Computer literate, English proficiency
