Requirements:
Degree in Management/Psychology/Education or any related Social Sciences.
Having 3 (three) years of working experience at the managerial position focusing on sales training, preferably having experience in retail fashion and/or retail food & beverage company.
Mastering identification of training needs, designing training programs and product knowledge of training module, training for trainer, training evaluation and delivering training itself.
Having an effective training skill and being able to combine professionalism and charisma in intelligently interacting with the team.
Possessing good personality, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Having good command of English.
Possessing strong leadership skills and good PC knowledge.
