- Graduated from reputable university (architectural/civil engineering)
- Site management and construction management experience in Hotel project under Japanese contractor and/or major International contractors
- Computer skill (MS Office, MS Project, MS Power Point)
- Basic management skill especially leadership
- Good communication skill in English (both oral and writing)
